1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the basha8 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to basha8's website, mobile application, gaming services, and all other related services.

basha8 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for players in Bangladesh. By using our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

4 Account Verification

• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Proof of current address
• Any additional documents we reasonably consider necessary

We reserve the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide the correct verification documents may result in account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on basha8 is ৳100. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be complete before your withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.3 Transaction Restrictions

We reserve the right to investigate any transaction we consider suspicious and to put it on hold if necessary. If any transaction linked to money laundering or fraud is detected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on basha8 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager the total bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for use in your own account only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same IP address are not permitted.
• Bonus promotions have a set expiry period — any bonus that has expired will be considered void.
• basha8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the relevant account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on basha8 are operated under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial and tested. Specific rules apply to each game and it is your responsibility to review those rules before starting a game.

If a technical fault occurs during play, bets placed in the affected round may be voided. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the relevant member's account. Any winnings claimed from a faulty game will not be accepted.

• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game is automatically saved.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, our server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basha8 platform:

• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical faults.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Colluding with other players to cheat.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Threatening or harassing the platform or other members.

Any member found involved in any of the above activities will have their account closed immediately, their balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content from the platform without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. The right to use the platform is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

basha8 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is lost or interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• For delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If any loss occurs due to a problem with your device or software.
• If someone else uses your account details to carry out transactions.
• If service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

In any situation, basha8's total liability will be limited to the actual amount of real funds deposited in your account.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by Us

• Involvement in prohibited activities.

11.2 Self-Closure

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. There may be an option to reopen a closed account — in that case, contact our support team.
